- Chair Yoga can be done in smaller chunks of time:
- 15 minutes
- 30 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 60 minutes. Prices adjust accordingly.
All ages and abilities can do Chair Yoga, and it can be done anywhere and at any time.
Is good for drivers, office workers, wheel chair users, people with limited mobilty, recovering from injury, and also able bodied people! 😉
